Quotes & pricing
Prices quoted by phone or through this website are estimates based on the information provided and are confirmed in full before any visit is booked. Final pricing may vary if the property or extent of the issue differs from what was described.
Booking & cancellation
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us directly. We ask for as much notice as possible so the slot can be offered to another customer.
Follow-up visits
Where a follow-up visit is included as part of a service (such as rodent treatment), it is scheduled within the timeframe stated on the relevant service page and is included in the original price.
Liability
We carry full public liability insurance. Our liability in connection with any service provided is limited to the value of that service, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Commercial contracts
Commercial pest control contracts are subject to a separate written agreement covering visit frequency, term, and pricing, provided at the time of contract setup.
